This year is coming to an end and, as usual, it is time to take stock of everything that has happened during 2022. Just when we thought we had gone through all the atypically adverse scenarios and overcome all the uncertainty of previous years, 2022 arrived to show us that we should not let our guard down because there can always be another twist.
At Metalmalla we are very much about growing in the face of adversity and never ceasing to persist in order to stay close to our customers and improve year after year, always offering the best of ourselves. Our ability to adapting to change has positioned us as a benchmark company in the sector and we work with large logistics companies in Europe, South America and North Africa.
We closed the year with the great news that we have expanded our production capacity. We have acquired new state-of-the-art machinery and added two new warehouses to our production space, which are already at full capacity to manufacture, store and supply our products in the most agile way.
Since the beginning of our activity, back in 2005, we have been gradually increasing our production and warehouse space. We started with 460 square meters in an industrial building and by 2022 we will end up with 9115 square meters distributed in four groups of industrial buildings within the same industrial estate.
As a result of our commitment to innovation, this year we have added new products to our portfolio and created new solutions for the products we already manufacture. We face 2023 with great expectations and tons of enthusiasm to continue taking on the challenges we face.
